I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was superb, very near Kanchanaburi city yet very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms, with their large balcony overlooking the River Kwai, provided a serene setting, ideal for enjoying morning coffee. The colonial design added to the charm, although some maintenance like installing new filters was needed.

The rooms were located right on the river and only a short walk to town along the riverside to the River Kwai Bridge. The large balcony overlooking the river was the perfect spot for taking morning coffee, and the scenery from there was so relaxing, especially in the early mornings. The colonial style design was charming, but new filters were required.

The service was friendly and helpful, even though there were slight language barriers as they spoke very little English. The willingness to improve and accommodate guest feedback was appreciated, creating a positive experience overall.

The location of the hotel was superb, very near Kanchanaburi city yet very peaceful. Being right next to the River Kwai Bridge and just a short walk to the temple and railroad, the setting was quiet and beautiful, offering a relaxing environment. However, it was a bit far from the center of the city, requiring some travel for city activities.

Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms in the main hotel were well-maintained with good facilities, but the ones in our hotel rooms could use a refurbishment. The service was efficient and accommodating, although the lunch at the restaurant was average. The location was ideal for exploring Kanchanaburi, just steps away from the famous Bridge over the river Kwai.
